Hi I’m Bec
Based in Melbourne, Naarm on Wurrundjeri land, east of the Merri Creek in the inner north I am a pragmatic creative with a deep love of improving the human experience. This passion and commitment has taken me on a career through the Arts, Health and Tech - looking at all the different aspects of how we can develop leaders through creativity, collaboration and community. I am passionate about the possible, good ideas and have a deep and enduring belief in change for the better.
Through 20 plus years working in senior and executive leadership roles, I have developed and honed my passion for leadership, coaching, change and engagement through collaboration, codesign and facilitation. I’m a business founder and leader as well as passionate and active community member.
My purpose lies in helping others evolve and transform through challenging phases of career and life. I have a holistic presence-based practice that allows me to weave a path with my clients through Coaching and Facilitation, inspiring, enabling and empowering others to be their best selves.
In addition to 1:1 creative coaching or guiding, I love group work and designing and facilitating programs and workshops that catalyse change, assisting both groups and individuals to do the hard work of evolving and transforming.
When I am not working 1:1 or with groups - I am ideally in the studio working on my creative practice or spending time with me family.
x Bec
